How do I use the Payment Transactions by Location report?

The Payment Transactions by Location report surfaces a detailed breakdown of transactions based on payment and transaction type for each fulfillment location. This report is in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).

This report is useful for:

  • Viewing details of a fulfillment location's transactions for a selected timeframe.


Pulling up the Report

  1. Navigate to Reports from the left panel > Finance > Payment Transactions by Location > View.

  2. Specify the time frame from the date picker.

  3. Apply any additional filters.


Understanding the Report

The Payment Transactions by Location report includes 7 data fields:

  1. Fulfillment Location: Studio location associated with the transaction.

  2. Purchase Location

    1. In-Store: Processed through the POS

    2. E-Commerce: Processed through the web app or mobile app

  3. Payment Gateway

  4. Payment Type

    1. Credit card

      • American Express

      • Visa

      • Discover

      • Mastercard

    2. Account Balance

      • Account Balance - Cash: Account balance with deferred revenue assigned

      • Account Balance - Complimentary: Account balance given complimentary by the studio

      • Account Balance - Migration: Account balance migrated to a customer's account upon platform migration

    3. Cash

    4. No Charge

  5. Transaction Type:

    1. Capture: When a credit card transaction is successfully processed.

    2. Refund: When a transaction is refunded.

  6. Currency

  7. Total Amount
