Needs Action:

  • Email Subject: Action needed: Update your banking details to receive payments

    • *Note: Action is only required if you have another app, in addition to your MT app, in the App Store.

      • This email is sent by Apple when it detects issues with the bank account associated with your developer account. If you only have the iOS app in the App Store, you do not need to take action on this email. If you have another app in the App Store (in addition to your MT app) and support in-app purchases, you need to take action on this email.

Does Not Need Action:

  • Email Subject: Your App Review Feedback

    • This email is sent by Apple when issues are found within the app. The Mariana Tek team will handle the feedback and make necessary adjustments for Apple's approval of the app. In some instances, we may reach out for your help in addressing the feedback.

  • Email Subject: The status of your app, [app name], is now "Ready for Sale"

    • This email is sent by Apple when our app submission is approved. The app (if submitting for the first time) or the app update will be available in the App Store within 24 hours of receiving this email.

  • Email Subject: We noticed an issue with your submission

    • This email is sent by Apple when the app reviewer finds a feature that doesn't comply with their policies, thus rejecting the app. The Mariana Tek team will handle the feedback from Apple and make necessary adjustments for Apple's approval of the app. In some instances, we may reach out for help addressing the feedback.

  • Email subject: New Message from App Store Review Regarding [app name]

    • This email is sent by Apple regarding feedback on a recent app submission. The Mariana Tek team will handle the feedback from Apple and respond directly. In some instances, we may reach out for help addressing the feedback.
