To delete products, users with permission to manage products are now able to delete (archive) products within Mariana Tek as long as they have access to all locations where that product is active.
Navigate to the Products section within Admin and click on the ellipses icon to expand the product’s menu. Select “Delete Product” from the menu.
A warning modal will appear telling a user what will happen once the product is deleted (archived).
If a user doesn’t have access to all locations where the product is active, they will receive this message instead
Once a product is deleted, you will no longer see that product in the Product list and it will not be visible under inactive products.
*Note: Deleting products with variants will delete all variants for that product
Deleted (archived) products can still be found in the Product Catalogue and Inventory on Hands reports. We have added an Archive Status column with “True” and “False” values to indicate if the product has been deleted (archived). You can use the Archive Status filter to filter out these deleted products.
