CUSTOMERS

DOES MIGRATE

Customer Accounts including customers marked as Inactive in MBO​​

  • Email Addresses ​(Accounts with the same email will merge automatically. This will impact all migrated data e.g., credit cards, memberships, etc).

    • If there is no email is listed, a dummy email will be generated.​​​

  • Waiver signed date (if listed) and confirmation waiver was signed.

    • If a date is not listed, it will migrate with the date of migration as the signature date.

  • Notes

  • Subscription to receive Marketing Emails & SMS (Their status can't be changed from what is provided.)

  • Credit Cards (Must be unexpired and a valid card type.)

    • Cards are migrated based on the 1st Exit File MBO shares with us. Any credit cards added to customer accounts after the 1st Exit File is sent will need to be manually added by the customer to their Mariana Tek customer account after migration.)​
