CUSTOMERS​

DOES MIGRATE​

Customer Accounts​​

  • Email Addresses ​(Accounts with the same email will merge automatically. This will impact all migrated data e.g., credit cards, memberships, etc).

    • If there is no email is listed, a dummy email will be generated.​​​

  • Waiver signed date (if listed) and confirmation waiver was signed.

    • If a date is not listed, it will migrate with the date of migration as the signature date. ​

  • Notes

    ​

  • Subscription to receive Marketing Emails & SMS (Their status can't be changed from what is provided.)

    ​

  • Credit Cards (Must be unexpired and a valid card type.)

    • Cards are migrated based on the first set of data. Any credit cards added to customer accounts after the first set of data is processed will need to be manually added by the customer to their Mariana Tek customer account after migration.)​

Shared Customer accounts​

(You may want to guide these customers to ensure each has an account with a unique email.)​

PDF Attachments to Accounts (Contracts, Waivers)​

Retail Purchase History​
