Appointments can be canceled from Admin or the Biz App. The entire appointment can be canceled or individual reservations.
Admin
On the appointments schedule, click the appointment > the three-dot icon at the bottom> Cancel Appointment.
You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation. This will impact all reservations on the appointment.
If the appointment has multiple reservations and only one needs to be canceled, click the three-dot icon next to the reservation and cancel.
Biz App
In the Biz app, go to Schedule > Appointments > click on the appointment > three-dot icon > Cancel Appointment.
If the appointment has multiple reservations and only one needs to be canceled, click on the reservation > Cancel Reservation.
Schedule
Canceled appointments will remain on the schedule but will be crossed out.
