The Insights Booking Dashboard gives you a centralized view of your appointment performance, including attendance, cancellations, and no-shows. Use built-in filters and export options to analyze booking trends and take action with your data quickly.
Accessing the Dashboard
The Appointments Booking Dashboard report is located in Insights > Appointments > Bookings Dashboard. Filters include:
Appointment Date: Current Month, Last Month, Last Quarters, Current Year To Date, custom range
Locations
Booking Status
Instrucor
Service Name
Show Unpaid Bookings Only
Understanding the Report
The top KPIs include:
Total Bookings
Completed: Count of appointments marked as checked in or where the appointment is in the past, and the status is pending
Scheduled: Count of appointments in the future that have not been canceled
Canceled
No Shows
The Booking Details show all appointment details for the selected date range, including customer details and status. The following information will display, along with an option to export:
