What is the difference between Waiver and Terms and Conditions?

Terms and conditions (ToS) are what a customer agrees to (also associated with a link on your website) when they create a new account, by simply checking a box. Though it also says waiver here, it is NOT associated with the waiver from Xplor Growth. There is no signing that happens on Mariana Tek, just the check box.

If you decide to create a waiver through Xplor Growth and send it to the customer post account creation in their email, they can sign it there. This can be signed on their mobile device. This waiver syncs with Mariana Tek and will show on the customer's account under personal information

If a customer has not signed the waiver, an exclamation point next to their name indicates that there is an outstanding waiver. This will only pop up if the waiver is required and the customer has not signed. If there is no outstanding waiver, check the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
