The numbers at the top of the Daily Dashboard are a summary of today’s classes at a specific location. If you have access to multiple locations, use the Location tab to switch to another Daily Dashboard.

  1. Sales Total is the total sales for the day including memberships, credits, and retail products. This includes the website, mobile app, and within your studio. Employees will only have access if they have permission to Sales Reports.

  2. Utilization is the percentage of the spots in classes that are reserved for that day.

  3. Reservations are the total number of reservations made for that day. This number does not include waitlist reservations.

  4. First Timers are the number of reservations where it is their first time at this location.

  5. Payment Failures in the last 7 days are the total number of payment failures that have happened for this location within the last 7 days.

The same customer can appear in this report multiple times so this is not the number of unique customers in a payment failure status.

If you have permission to access the associated report for any given number, you can click on the widget and be brought to the full report.
