While most orders can be refunded through Mariana Tek, there are a few instances where a refund cannot be granted.  These are:

  • Purchases that have already been settled by the bank. It typically about 90 days for Stripe to settle the purchase.

  • Gift cards that have been redeemed for account balance

  • Memberships that have been terminated or expired

  • Credit packages that have expired

  • Your user does not have Permissions to refund

  • If the purchase has been disputed with the customer's bank, you will not be able to refund until the dispute is over. Mariana Tek will not have a timeline on that because it is with the bank to resolve.

If an order cannot be refunded, you will not see the option to refund the order.

If a customer requests a refund for a purchase made over the day-limit set by your payment processor, you have the option to refund the transaction to their account balance.
