Gift card emails are a convenient way to share gift cards with recipients, but issues like lost redemption codes can come up. You can find the code in the Gift Cards report.
Click Reports > Sales > View next to the Gift Cards Report.
You can search by date range or select Edit Filters and narrow your search by additional filters.
You can also export the report and search for specific information by hitting Ctrl+F.
