  1. To remove credits from a customer's account, begin by pulling up the customer's account.ย 

  2. Select "Credits" from the left side menu.

  3. Next, select the ellipsis menu to the right of the credit(s) that you would like to remove.

  4. Click "Remove Credits" and enter the number of credits to remove (up to the number remaining in the package).

Only complimentary credits can be removed. If you need to remove credits that were purchased or redeemed via gift card, click "Edit Credit" and simply set the expiration date to yesterday's date. It will expire the paid credit(s) immediately.
