How do I create a new booking or a late cancellation window?

To create a new booking and/or late-cancellation window, submit the appropriate form:

These requests can take up to 2-3 days to process due to the volume of requests we are receiving.

Once the new window option is available, you'll need to update all active memberships/credit types you want to configure with this new window.
