The waitlist allows customers to be added to a list in hopes that someone with a reservation in the class will cancel.

How does the Waitlist work?

Waitlist Auto-Fill window determines how long before the class you wish the system to stop adding customers on the waitlist into the class.

Waitlist Position shows customers their current position (number) on a waitlist after they’ve added themselves to the waitlist.

A customer must have a valid membership or credit in their account to add themself to a waitlist.

With the Waitlist Count feature, customers can view how many people are currently on a waitlist prior to reserving a spot on the waitlist
