Class Types are the class offerings provided at your studio.

Class Types are not location-specific, and changing any Class Types will impact those Class Types for all locations.

Creating a Class Type

Navigate to Configuration > Class Types > Add Class Type.

Fill in the empty fields and toggle options > Save Changes.

  • Class Type Name: Displays on public-facing schedule

  • Class Category (optional)

  • Livestream or Video on Demand

    • Select the Livestream field for the class type to be officially recognized as a livestream class. Naming the class as livestream will not automatically make it one

  • Class Length: length of class in minutes

  • Active Status

Editing Class Types

Class Types can be edited as long as the following parameters are followed:

  • Class Type Name: The Class Type name must be unique.

    • Updating the name of a type will update all reporting and reservations in a customer's account with the new name

  • Livestream or Video on Demand

    • You can edit an existing type and enable it as a livestream class for the livestream URL field to appear on a class

  • Class Type Length: As long as the class type isn’t associated with a past or upcoming class, the length can be edited. If a new class type at a different class length is needed, simply create a new class type.

  • Class Type Active Status: If a class type is associated with an upcoming class, it cannot be made inactive.
