To add or edit a customer's Personal Information, click Find Customer and search for the customer > Personal Information > Edit Personal Information.
The following Personal Information can be edited on a customer's account:
First and Last Name
Email
Phone Number
If the customer created their account on your mobile app, their phone number is optional and cannot be required due to privacy and security laws.
Company (optional)
Birth Date (optional)
Pronouns (optional)
Will appear in their customer account next to their name
Profile Photo
To be displayed on the customer profile and roster
Address
Emergency Contact
Make any edits and click Save.
Customers can edit their Personal Information through your studio's website or mobile app.
