The terminal can only be used to sell a membership in the studio if the customer already has a saved credit card on file.
The terminal will not appear as an option when checking a customer out who is purchasing a membership and does not currently have a saved credit card.
For example, suppose a customer comes into the studio and wants to pay for their new membership that is "pay now" and has a saved Visa on file. In that case, the terminal will appear as an option to run a different credit card (i.e. Mastercard) for the initial payment. The remaining payments will charge to the Visa on file. If the customer wants to have all payments charged to the Mastercard, it will have to be manually added to their account.
