Xplor Academy is an online training platform that provides comprehensive courses and resources for Mariana Tek users. The platform offers a range of learning materials, including video tutorials, interactive exercises, and assessments, to help users become proficient with Mariana Tek and Xplor Growth.
Getting Started
If you don’t have access to Xplor Academy yet, please fill out this form for yourself and any of your studio employees.
We enroll new employees in courses within 24-48 hours of receiving your request. They will receive an email confirming their enrollment and should follow the instructions to log in here. Please check your spam folder as the welcome email may end up there. If you can't find the email, confirm with your administrator that your email address is registered correctly, and request a resend of the invitation if needed.
Logging In
Once you receive your invitation via email, use it to create your account and log in here. After logging in, navigate to "My Courses" to begin your learning journey.
Troubleshooting Access Issues
If employees encounter issues accessing their training sessions, the following steps can help resolve them:
Check your spam or junk email folder: Automated emails may sometimes be filtered into these folders.
Request a re-send of the invitation: Reach out to the support team for further assistance. Provide details such as your registered email address.
Learner Levels
Upon completing each course, you'll earn a completion certificate and experience points. As you accumulate points, you’ll receive badges that reflect your level. Earn enough points, and you’ll reach Mariana Tek Level 3, showcasing your expertise.
These levels can highlight expertise in using Mariana Tek and may benefit career growth or fulfill organizational requirements.
