Apple Pay and Google Pay cannot be used to save a credit card for future purchases or recurring membership payments. The customer will need to use a credit card.
Users must have a credit card on file to purchase a membership. If you try to purchase a membership without a credit card on file using Apple/Google Pay, you will receive the following error:
A credit card on file is required for all recurring fees.
