Apple and Google Pay are available for all users to reduce drop-off at checkouts and give your customers an additional, quick payment option.

Apple Pay is available on:

  • iOS mobile app

  • Safari on Apple devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Macs

  • Chrome browsers on iOS 18+ devices

Google Pay is available on:

  • Android mobile app

  • Chrome browsers across all devices, including Android and desktop

When a customer goes to checkout on the mobile app, the Apple/Google Pay button will be available to speed up the checkout process.

Mobile App

When checking out of your cart on the mobile app, click the Apple/Google Pay button, and you will go through the device payment process

Web Browsers

Google Pay is available to your customers by default.

If you'd like to enable Apple Pay on web browsers, email support@marianatek.com to complete the configuration.

Usage Scenarios

Here are a few key points for when you can use Apple/Google Pay:

  • If a customer does not have a credit card on file and adds a membership or credit package that charges penalty fees to their cart, the Pay button will not appear. Memberships and credit packages with penalty fees require a card on file to purchase.

  • If a customer has a credit card on file but is in payment failure, Apple/Google Pay will not work.

  • If a customer has a credit card on file, they can use Apple/Google Pay for ANY purchases.

  • If a customer has a $0 cart due to a discount or account balance, the Pay button will not show.
