EMPLOYEES & INSTRUCTORS

DOES MIGRATE

Individual Instructor & Employee Accounts​​

  • We do not migrate multi-instructor accounts (e.g. “Jack & Jill”). You’ll be able to add multiple instructors to a single class in Mariana.​

  • We strongly recommend ensuring each employee account has an associated email address that matches the primary email the employee/instructor has listed on their personal account. This will cause the accounts to merge automatically. ​

  • Accounts with the same email will merge automatically.​

    • If there is no email listed, a dummy email will be generated.​

  • ClubReady provides ALL profiles including "deleted" profiles. We will automatically migrate all active profiles. Deleted profiles can be migrated upon request.

Employee/Instructor Roles & Location Access

(You will need to add these after you receive your login credentials. We recommend creating a list now of who should receive access, to which locations, and role(s) they should receive. If an employee exists in multiple location files, their Home Location will be set by the FIRST file that they were uploaded with.)
