Why is customer information missing for ClassPass reservations?

For ClassPass reservations at UK and EU studios, customer information is not passed to Mariana Tek. This includes the customer's email address. Due to GDPR, this is not something that can be changed.

Your studio will need to convert the customer and collect the information in the studio to see the customer's information. Additionally, the First Timer tag does not show up on the reservation until it has been converted.
