Yes, your studio app can be made private and require an access code to create an account.

Private apps are only available on iOS. At this time, Android and web browsers do not support private access codes.

To enable, contact support and provide the access code you would like to use. The access code requirements include:

  • Alphanumeric characters

  • Case sensitive

  • No spaces

Create Account

On the iOS app home screen, customers will see a notification indicating that a member access code is required.

When they create an account, they’ll be prompted to enter the code to sign up.

If the access code is skipped, customers will receive the error Please fill out all new account fields.

If the access code is incorrect, the customer will receive the error Access code is invalid.

Existing Account

Users with existing accounts will be unaffected and will not need to enter the access code. If the access code is added or updated, users will not be logged out of the app.
