How can a customer view their appointments?

View upcoming and past appointment reservations

Customers can view upcoming and previous appointment reservations through your studio's mobile app and website.

For each appointment reservation, customers will see:

  • Date and Time

  • Instructor

  • Location

  • Status: Reserved, Checked In, Grace Cancelled, Grace No Show

    • As penalty fees have not yet been introduced to appointments, any cancelled or no-show appointment status will appear as Grace Cancelled or Grace No Showed.

At this time, customers can only view appointment information. Future releases will include options to manage appointment reservations.


Mobile App

Upcoming Reservations

Upcoming appointment reservations will appear along with class reservations under Upcoming Reservations on the homescreen.

Past Reservations

Past appointment reservations can be located under Settings > Reservation History.


Website

Upcoming and past reservations will display on the Reservations tab.
