How can I view a customer's upcoming and past reservations?

Viewing Upcoming Reservations and Reservation History

To view upcoming and past reservations, locate the customer's profile > Upcoming Reservations or Reservation History.


Permissions

Permissions can be configured on user roles to view reservation information

Permission

Description

can_view_users

Allows roles to access the customer profile and required to see class and appointment reservations

can_view_reservations

Allows roles to view specific reservations' change history

can_view_appointments_schedule

Allows roles to access the appointment reservations and schedule

Reservation Details

On both Upcoming Reservations and Reservation History, the tables are split into:

  • Classes

  • Appointments

The table will display:

Classes

  • Date and Time

  • Class Name

  • Instructor

  • Location

  • Payment Used

  • Guest: Email address of the guest

    • Displays Email not provided if the guest's email was not captured

    • Displays a dash (-) if it is not a guest reservation

  • Spot: Displays blank for first-come-first-served layouts

  • Three-Dot Icon: View the reservation change log or cancel the reservation

Appointments

Appointments are currently in Early Access and will become available soon.

  • Date and Time

  • Service Name

  • Instructor

  • Location

  • Payment Used

  • Status

    • Scheduled: Appointment scheduled for the future

    • Pending: Appointment is currently happening or is in the past, but has not been checked in, cancelled, or no-showed

    • Checked In

    • Cancel-Grace

    • No-show-Grace

  • View icon: Open the appointments schedule
