Membership Types determine the booking rules for the assigned Membership Contracts. To create a new Membership Type, navigate to Products in the left side menu > Membership > New Membership Type.
Fill in the requested fields:
Name: Provide a name to the membership.
Locations Available: The studio location(s) where you want the membership sold and used.
Class Tags: The classes for which the membership can be used to book classes.
Booking Window: How far in advance can reservations be booked?
Late Cancellation Window: How far in advance can a reservation be canceled without being penalized?
Guest Allowance: Will this membership allow guests, or is it only for the member (buyer)?
Livestream or VOD: Toggle this on if this is for livestream or video-on-demand classes.
Status: Active makes the membership available now, whereas Inactive allows the membership to be saved but not available for use.
