How do I mark someone as a no-show if they were accidentally checked in?

Accidentally check someone in? Here is how to mark them as a no-show

If a customer was checked into class by mistake:

  • Go to the class roster where they were checked in.

  • Click the ellipsis next to their name and select "Check Out", or click the checkmark to uncheck them.

  • (Optional) Click the ellipsis again and select "Mark as No Show".

    • Choose to grace or apply the penalty immediately.

If you don’t manually mark them as a no-show, the system will do it automatically and apply the penalty based on your studio’s settings.
