If a customer was checked into class by mistake:
Go to the class roster where they were checked in.
Click the ellipsis next to their name and select "Check Out", or click the checkmark to uncheck them.
(Optional) Click the ellipsis again and select "Mark as No Show".
Choose to grace or apply the penalty immediately.
If you don’t manually mark them as a no-show, the system will do it automatically and apply the penalty based on your studio’s settings.
