You can find information on frozen or cancelled memberships under the Membership report. You will need to go to Reports > Marketing > Membership Details.
When you download the report, you'll be able to filter in Excel using the Membership Status column.
You are then able to filter by date, purchase location, membership and contract.
When you export the report, you'll be able to filter in Excel using the Membership Status column.
