Any class can be made private and hidden from the public schedule. Front Desk and Admin users will need to manually make a reservation and check in your customers to a Private class
Create Private Class
Navigate to Schedule from the left panel > select your location > Add Class.ย
To make the class private and thus hidden from being seen by customers, deselect Public under View Advance Settings and Overrides > Class Schedule View.
Fill in the required fields > Create Class (if new) or Update Class (if updating an existing class).
The class will be marked with a "P" indicating its private status on the daily dashboard, at the top of the class on the roster, and on the schedule.
Private Classes on the Schedule
If logged in with your employee account, you will still see the class on the public schedule, even though it is configured as a "private" class.
If you log out or open a new incognito window to view the schedule, you will not see the private class on the schedule.
