Our partners at IPSTUDIO have created an amazing, easy-to-use tool for you to leverage - Live by IPSTUDIO™ x Zoom. You can learn more about it here.

It allows you to select which classes on your schedule you’d like to automate and Live by IPSTUDIO™ x Zoom automatically creates a Zoom meeting for that class. Live by IPSTUDIO™ creates and injects Zoom meetings into your Mariana Tek Livestream schedule.

As of November 1, 2021, you can automate ONE class per day, completely free.

Install

  1. Create an account at live.ipstudio.co

  2. Request OAuth permission from MT (within live.ipstudio.co there is a link to make this request)

  3. After you have received permission from MT you can begin automating

  4. Log in with your MT admin account

  5. Log in with your Zoom account

  6. Choose which classes to automate

  7. When automating a class the zoom URL generated by live.ipstudio.co will appear in the respective MT schedule item

You can click here to see the setup flow, it takes seconds.

Schedule Configuration

For Live by IPSTUDIO™ x Zoom to work, you must create livestream classes on your schedule.

If you do not currently have any livestream classes, you can click here for a guide on how to add them.

If the livestream class is recurring and you've enabled Reuse Livestream URL, the same, original link automated by IPSTUDIO will automatically be added to all classes in the series.

Customer Notification

All registered attendees will get an email with the Zoom link 30 minutes before class. These links are delivered with a password embedded to help attendees get in easily and securely.

Multiple Locations

If you have multiple livestream locations, all of your livestream events, across all locations will be indexed in the “Automate Class'' area. You need to be sure that your livestream classes are created with the livestream class type for them to appear in the live.ipstudio.co Automate Class area.
