How do I handle waivers for guests of livestream membership/credit holders?

Guests of livestream members and credit holders aren’t automatically prompted to sign, so staff need to track their reservations and ask them to sign the waiver.

If your studio's livestream membership/credits allow guests, you must manually track guest reservations and encourage guests to create an account and sign an electronic waiver.

You may also update the guest reservation email template to prompt guests to create an account and sign the waiver.
