How do I verify that customers have reached their membership commitments?

Find membership commitments in the Membership Details Report

The Membership Details report surfaces details on customers' memberships, including whether they have or have not met their commitments.

  1. Navigate to Reports from the left panel > Marketing > Membership Details.

  2. Select More Filters.

  3. Select Commitment Reached > True to view customers who have reached their membership commitments or > False to view customers who have not reached their membership commitments.

  4. Generate the report and, if necessary, export the data.
