The class session override options on class forms allow you to override class options on a one-off basis. These optional overrides give individual classes flexibility without requiring system-wide or new payment option updates. The overrides include:
Booking Window
Late Cancel Window
Waitlist Autofill Window
Reservation Cut-Off Window
Go to Schedule > Edit Class > Advanced Settings > Class Session Overrides to access the overrides.
Booking and late cancellation windows are set on the membership/credit type.

Booking Window Overrides
Booking window overrides let you adjust how far in advance a class can be booked without needing a special membership or credit type. Use them to:
Promote special events early by extending the booking window.
Create urgency by shortening the window for specific classes.
You can choose from your existing booking windows. This override sets the booking window for the class, regardless of the customer's payment option.
Late Cancel Window Overrides
Late cancellation window overrides let you adjust the late cancellation policy for specific classes. For example, you might extend the window for early morning classes to prevent overnight cancellations.

Waitlist Auto-Fill Window Overrides
Waitlist auto-fill window overrides let you adjust when customers are automatically moved from the waitlist into class.
Use this to:
Extend or shorten the auto-fill window.
Prevent overnight moves by aligning them with your late cancellation window.
You can choose from your existing waitlist auto-fill windows.
Reservation Cut-off Window Overrides
Reservation cut-off window overrides are intended for classes like Livestream classes, where your customers can join until the class starts.
