Search results under My Locations will show any customer that matches the entered search parameters in Find Customer who has interacted with the location(s) you have access to, as defined by your turf.
An interaction is defined as having a previous purchase, a reservation with that location, or a pending reservation. If you are a First Time User (no reservation history), results will be determined by your selected home studio or the location of a pending first reservation.
All other results will display below, with priority given to customers who have engaged with other locations in your account if you have access to more than one location.
Customers who have interacted with studios outside of your turfed locations can be found by toggling to "All Other Locations" as seen below.
