Waivers themselves will not be migrated to Mariana Tek. However, the status of your previous Terms of Service or liability agreement (true/false) will be carried over, along with the date agreed to.
If no date is provided, the migration date will be used as the agreement date.
Because waiver documents are not included in the migration, we recommend setting all clients’ agreement statuses to false. This ensures that everyone will be prompted to agree to your Terms of Service the first time they sign into Mariana Tek.
Clients agree to your Terms of Service by checking a box during their first login.
If your business requires a signed waiver (instead of or in addition to Terms of Service), we recommend creating a required waiver in your Xplor Growth account.
If you create a required waiver:
All users will be prompted to sign, regardless of whether they’ve already agreed to the Terms of Service.
The system will record that the waiver has been signed.
Clients will not be able to view the waiver document after signing.
