On the customer's profile within the Biz App, you can see:
The customer's profile photo
The customer's User Tags
The customer's total class count
The customer's email address and phone number
The email can be copied to the clipboard,d and the phone number can be dialed directly from the app.
The customer's last class taken and next reservation dates
Credit Packages and/or Memberships that the customer has/had on file
Upcoming and Historical Reservation History
Reservations tab
On the Reservation tab, you can see all Upcoming and Past Reservations. When clicking on a Reservation, you can see the Reservation Details, including Location, Instructor, Classroom, Spot number, Payment Used, and the Reservation Status.
If it is a Guest Reservation, it will include the Guest's email address.
Information tab
The Information tab will include the customer's join date, birthday, and home studio, as well as their communication preferences and emergency contact details.
