What details are shown for Memberships and Credits on a customer profile within the Biz App?

In the Biz app, you can view a customer's active/inactive memberships and credit packages. To view, go to Search > find the customer > View All next to Memberships and Credits. Click the membership or credit package for more details.

You can’t edit active memberships or credit packages in the Biz App. To make changes, log in to your studio’s Admin Portal on a web browser.


Memberships

The following fields are shown for memberships within a customer's profile on the Biz App:

Active

  • Status: Active, Pending Customer Activation, Frozen, Payment Failure

  • Original Purchase Date

  • Current Billing Cycle

  • Unique Membership identifying number

  • Start Date

  • Expiration Date

  • Renewals remaining

  • Next Payment Date

  • Next Payment Amount

  • Customer Usages Remaining

  • Guest Usages Remaining

Inactive

  • Status: Expired, Terminated, Cancelled

  • Original Purchase Date

  • Unique Membership identifying number

  • Start Date

  • Customer Usages Remaining

  • Guest Usages Remaining


Credit Packages

The following fields are shown for credit packages within a customer's profile on the Biz App:

Active

  • Unique Credit Package identifying number

  • Expiration Date

  • Customer Usages Remaining

  • Guest Usages Remaining

  • Usage History

Inactive

  • Expiration Date

  • Number of credits remaining when the package expired
