The Intro Offer feature allows your studio to limit who can purchase the offer. The options include First Timer Only or Anyone who has not previously purchased this Intro Offer.
On some occasions, you might need to sell an Intro Offer to a customer with a reservation history or previously purchased the Intro Offer. In the POS, you can override the Intro Offer settings to complete the sale despite the customer being ineligible. This gives your team more flexibility in handling Intro Offers.

Any employee who has access to the POS will be able to override an Intro Offer.
Override an Intro Offer Purchase Setting
The Intro Offer override feature is only available through the POS. Customers can not access the override option on your website or mobile app. Additionally, any employee who has access to the POS can override an Intro Offer purchase setting.
If your Intro Offer is configured to First Timer Only and it is added to a customer's cart that has a reservation history, you will receive the following prompt:
If the Intro Offer is configured to Anyone who has not previously purchased this Intro Offer and is added to a customer's cart who has purchased the Intro Offer, you will receive the following prompt:
Click Override & Add to Cart if you wish to sell them the Intro Offer despite the ineligibility. The Intro Offer will be added to the cart and you can proceed to Check Out.
