From a customer's account, use the Membership tab to view all membership details.
Payment Date and Amount
On any membership listed in the Active tab, you can see:
Current Cycle
Next payment amount and date
Payments remaining
Start and Expiration Date
Purchase Location and timezone
The charge will be processed at 12:05 am on that date in the timezone where the studio is located that originally sold the membership.
Membership Usages
To view how a membership was used, select the ellipses next to the membership > View Details.
From the Usage History page, you can view how it was used. Use the Filter to see how the membership was used during a specific billing cycle.
