What is the recommended booking window when using ClassPass?

The booking window when using the ClassPass integration must be a rolling 7-day booking window.

The booking window when using the ClassPass integration must be a rolling 7-day booking window. This is because ClassPass controls the booking restrictions on their end and uses a rolling 7-day booking window. For example, if today is Monday at 1 PM, a class scheduled for the following Monday at 1 PM will become available for booking at that time.

If you try to use the class overrides in Mariana Tek, it will cause issues for customers. ClassPass will still show the class, but the customer won't be able to reserve it. The customer will get the error message: “Please book closer to the start of the class." Additionally, using non-rolling-7-day windows, such as interval windows or 14-day windows, can create syncing problems between Mariana Tek and ClassPass, potentially affecting class availability.
