Should I mark a third-party reservation as a No Show?

Third-party reservations such as ClassPass reservations should not be manually marked as a No Show.

Third-party reservations such as ClassPass reservations should not be manually marked as a No Show by your studio employees. It is important that the system automatically marks these reservations as No Show if they are not checked into class.

Marking a third-party reservation as a No Show can disrupt the integration flow and impact certain reports such as the Class Session Utilization report.
