How do I view if a customer has completed an Xplor Growth waiver?

To view a customer's waiver status, click Find Customer and search for the customer > Personal Information > Legal.

The information provided includes:

  • Name

  • Date: When it was completed

  • Source

  • Status: If completed, the status will be Accepted.
