With the Waitlist Count feature, customers can view how many are on the waitlist before reserving a spot. This is set on a location-by-location basis.
Customers will automatically be notified via email when they are moved from a waitlist reservation into class.
Enable Waitlist Count
If you’d like to enable, disable, or change your Waitlist Count settings, go to Configuration > Locations > Edit Location by the needed location > Location Settings > Reservation Settings.
If Waitlist Count is enabled, but Waitlist Position is disabled, customers will only see how many people are on the waitlist before joining it and will not see their ongoing updated position on the waitlist after they have made a waitlist reservation.
