If you are running any new promotions or special holiday events:
Test Test Test! - Please don't wait until the last minute to test out any new programs or features you might want in place for the holidays. If you have an issue, get in touch with us in advance so we can assist in resolving it.
Be Specific - If you do come across a problem, as much as possible please email us with SPECIFIC details as to what you would like to accomplish. Screenshots are always helpful!
Submit Your Requests Early- Any promotions, booking windows changes, or class tags requests should be submitted at least a week prior to any upcoming holiday when the office is closed.
