How to prepare for the holidays

We will be on limited production and support for most national holidays and some religious ones. We will continue to monitor our help desk for any urgent requests and the server maintenance team never sleeps.

As your partner, we want to ensure you are set up for success while the office is closed.

If you are running any new promotions or special holiday events:

  • Test Test Test! - Please don't wait until the last minute to test out any new programs or features you might want in place for the holidays. If you have an issue, get in touch with us in advance so we can assist in resolving it.

  • Be Specific - If you do come across a problem, as much as possible please email us with SPECIFIC details as to what you would like to accomplish. Screenshots are always helpful!
