The Insights Utilization report will help you understand the performance of your classes and instructors.
This report is useful for:
Viewing Utilization by Location, Instructor, or Class Type
Checking to see the performance of your classes and timeslots
It is helpful to know if a class is worth keeping or needs to be rescheduled
Reviewing Instructor Performance
Accessing the Report
Navigate to Reports > Insights > Business Performance > Utilization.
Use the Filters to select a date range, Location, Class Type, and Instructors.
Understanding the Report
Utilization: Percentage of spots filled
Check Ins
Penalty Cancel: Number of reservations that were Late Cancelled and received a penalty
Penalty No Show: Number of reservations that No Showed and received a penalty
Graced: Number of No Shows and Late Cancellations where the penalty was waived
Utilization by Time Slot: Heatmap of time of day vs day of week with average utilization
Utilization by Instructors: List of Instructors along with how many reservations they had, the number of classes they instructed, and the Utilization.
Most Popular Class Types: List of Class Types along with how many reservations, number of classes, and the Utilization.
