If you receive a Potential Scheduling Conflict error when creating an appointment, it means there is an existing conflict with the appointment.
You can still create the appointment by selecting Add Appointment Anyway, but review the conflicts before confirming.
These reasons include:
Room Availability: The room is not available at the selected time.
If the room should be available, make adjustments under Configuration > Location.
Instructor Availability: The instructor is not available at the selected time.
If the instructor should be available, make adjustments under the Employee profile
Time Block: The slotted time has been blocked.
Existing Appointment
Room Occupied: The room is already in use at the selected time.
Instructor Occupied: The instructor has an existing appointment at the selected time.
Existing Class: The instructor has a class at the selected time.
