What are some important KPIs for studio Attendance and how to find them in Reports?

The following KPIs and Reports will help you understand your studio's Attendance History

Here is a list of Key Performance Indicators for customer Attendance. Each KPI is grouped with the Report, along with details. For each Report, make sure to filter by the desired date range.


Key Performance Indicator: Total Reservations (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)

Details: The Pending + Check-In column will tell you the total number of reservations without penalties. The Reservations + Penalties column will tell you the total number of reservations with penalties. You'll need to add these up across locations for the studio total. It's important to note that if your no-show window has not passed yet, the pending reservations could change and be updated to be no-show reservations.

Key Performance Indicator: Utilization by Location

Details: Find the Utilization or Utilization with Penalties column to see the utilization in the date range selected, by location. It's important to note that if your no-show window has not passed, the pending reservations could change and be updated to be no-show reservations.

Key Performance Indicator: Total Number of Classes per Month by Location

Details: Look at the column called "Number of Classes" to determine the total number of classes. Sum this column to see the total number of classes across all locations.


Key Performance Indicator: Number of Unique Monthly Visitors

Details: Each row represents a unique customer and their total check-ins. Export the report and sum the total number of rows, excluding the header, to see the total number of unique visitors.

Key Performance Indicator: Number of classes taken, per person, during a given period.

Details: The check-ns column will show you the total number of classes taken per person. Each row represents a customer who has taken a class during the date range selected.


Key Performance Indicator: Total Number of Late Cancellations within a Given period

Details: Select the desired date range and export the report. In Excel or Google Sheets, sum the column called "Late Cancelled Reservations" to see the total number of no-shows within the given time period.

Key Performance Indicator: Total Number of No-Shows within a Given period

Details: Select the desired date range and export the report. In Excel or Google Sheets, sum the column called "No Showed Reservations" to see the total number of no-shows within the given period.


Key Performance Indicator: Average Attendance by Class Type

Details: Find the class type you are looking for and look at the last column called "Average Attendance" to see the average attendance for that class type.


Key Performance Indicator: Average Attendance by Day of the Week (Specific Date)

Details: Find the date you are looking for and look at the last column called "Average Attendance" to see the average attendance for that date.


Key Performance Indicator: Average Attendance by Timeslot

Details: To view the average, select a date that includes at least two of the same days of the week. Look at the "Average Attendance" column to see the average attendance for that time slot.


Key Performance Indicator: Average Attendance by Instructor

Details: Find the instructor you are looking for and look at the last column called "Average Attendance" to see their average attendance.
