Here is a list of Key Performance Indicators for studio Sales. Each KPI is grouped with the report, along with details. For each Report, make sure to filter by the desired date range.
Report: Sales by Location
Key Performance Indicator: Total Sales (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
Details: To see a single date of sales, you will want to click on the date picker and then click twice on the day you are interested. Look at the last column called "Location Total" to see the total daily sales for that location.
Report: Sales by Product Type
Key Performance Indicator: Total Retail Sales (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
Details: In the Sales by Product Type report, select More Filters > Product Type Filter and select the product types that are considered retail (likely Clothing and Accessories. Select the desired date range and use the last column called "Product Type Total" to see the total revenue for those product types.
Key Performance Indicator: Total Revenue via Autopays (including New Membership Sales)
Details: In the Filters, select Product Type > Memberships. The last column, called "Product Type Total," will give you the total revenue from Autopays, including new membership sales.
Key Performance Indicator: Total Revenue from Penalty Fees (No Shows and Late Cancels)
Details: In Filters, select Product Type > Penalty Fees. The Product Type Total column will give you the total revenue from penalty fees.
Report: Sales by Product
Key Performance Indicator: Total Sales for a Specific Product
Details: Select the Product Type filter under More Filter, select the product types your desired products fall under, and select Apply. Find the row of the product you are looking for and look at the last column, Product Tota,l to see the total sales for that product.
Report: Orders
Key Performance Indicator: Total Revenue from New Membership Sales
Details: In Filters, select Membership from the Product Type filters. Export the report to Excel and filter by the column called "Processed by System' to exclude false(keep true). Finally, sum the column called "Line Total" to determine the total revenue from new membership sales.
